Apple is set to launch new MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, and iMac models with the latest M4 chip later this year, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman.
In the Power On newsletter, Gurman mentioned that the MacBook Air, Mac Studio, and Mac Pro will get their M4 updates in 2025.
The report highlights that Apple is focusing on enhancing the devices’ power with the M4 chip’s neural engine for improved AI performance, suggesting significant changes for at least one Mac model.
According to 9to5Mac, since the switch to Apple Silicon, the MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, and iMac have all received new designs, while the Mac Pro and Mac Mini have not.
Gurman previously reported that Apple is also working on a thinner version of the MacBook Pro.
