Back in June, Apple showcased plans at its Worldwide Developers Conference, including details on the upcoming iOS 18 update.

Apple’s September event, “It’s Glowtime,” starts Monday and will focus on the latest iPhones joining the lineup. Normally, the events happen on a Tuesday but this time, it’s on Monday.

Here’s what you need to know about Apple’s September event

When does the Apple event start?

Apple’s “It’s Glowtime” event will begin at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT on Monday, Sept. 9.

What can we expect from Apple?

The September event typically focuses on iPhones. Apple is anticipated to unveil at least four new iPhones and possibly introduce new color choices.

Although iOS 18 was previewed at WWDC, we expect the official release date and more details about the operating system to be confirmed before its expected September rollout.

How to stream the Apple ‘Glowtime’ event

The event will be at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple’s headquarters and will be streamed live on Apple’s YouTube channel. You can also watch it on Apple’s website and through the Apple TV app.

When is Apple’s next 2024 event scheduled?

Apple has not announced details for its next event in 2024 yet. Historically, the company has hosted an October event focused on Macs and iPads. Although there was an iPad-centric event in May, it’s unlikely that there will be further iPad updates this year, though an October event may still occur.
