In season two, Detective June Lenker, played by Jumbo, investigates a murder at a political rally, where tensions rise after a far-right group attacks. Detective Daniel Hegarty, played by Capaldi, is now involved in police intelligence and may hold the key to solving the case, but his help comes with a risky deal.
