According to popular leaker Ice Universe, the fourth-generation iPhone SE is poised for some significant upgrades. As reported by MacRumors, details of these enhancements were shared on the Chinese blogging site Weibo, revealing three major improvements for the iPhone SE 4.
Face ID and USB-C
The upcoming iPhone SE 4 is rumored to include Face ID and a USB-C port, moving away from the Touch ID Home button and Lightning port seen in previous models. These changes reflect Apple’s broader shift towards convenience and compatibility across its product line.
Larger OLED Display
The iPhone SE 4 is set to feature a larger 6.06-inch OLED display, a big upgrade from the current model’s 4.7-inch screen. This will be the first iPhone SE with an OLED panel, promising more vibrant colors and improved contrast.
Performance Boost
The new iPhone SE 4 is expected to come with up to 8GB of LPDDR5 memory, an A18 chip, and a sleek aluminum chassis. It will also include a single 48-megapixel rear camera, potentially offering performance comparable to the rumored iPhone 16.
