Yes, Aldi accepts Apple Pay both in-store and online. Since 2018, Aldi has supported contactless payment methods, including Apple Pay, allowing customers to use their iPhone, Apple Watch, or other Apple devices to make secure and convenient payments.

Aldi is a great option for Apple Pay users. It provides a seamless shopping experience whether you’re in-store or ordering online and comes with many great advantages, including speed, security, and convenience. Plus, there are no transaction fees; you can still earn rewards or cashback from your linked card.

To use Apple Pay in-store at Aldi:

  1. Double-click the side button on your iPhone or Apple Watch to activate Apple Pay.
  2. Hold your device near the contactless reader at checkout.
  3. Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
  4. Wait for the “Done” notification on your screen to confirm the payment.

Aldi also accepts Apple Pay for online orders through Instacart, giving you the flexibility to shop from home and still use your Apple Pay account. Simply select Apple Pay as your payment method during checkout in the Instacart app or website.

One last note: make sure to set up Apple Pay on your device beforehand so you can enjoy the benefits of contactless payments at one of the most popular grocery chains.
